Refunds are not granted for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after receiving the asset.
- Misuse or violation of the asset’s terms of service by the buyer.
- Assets that were delivered as described but no longer meet the buyer’s expectations.
2. Refund Process
Step 1: Open a Dispute
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, start by opening a dispute through the Zynqorth Resolution Center:
- Navigate to the transaction in question.
- Click "Open Dispute" and select "Request Refund."
- Provide detailed evidence (e.g., screenshots, chat logs, or proof of undelivered/incorrect assets).
Step 2: Seller Response
The seller will have 48 hours to respond to the dispute. They may:
- Provide proof of delivery.
- Offer a replacement or correction.
- Agree to the refund request.
Step 3: Zynqorth Mediation
If the dispute remains unresolved, Zynqorth’s support team will review the evidence and mediate a solution within 72 hours. Our team evaluates:

- Communication between buyer and seller.
- Compliance with Zynqorth’s terms of service.
Step 4: Refund Issuance
If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the buyer’s Zynqorth wallet or original payment method within 3-5 business days. Sellers will be notified of the decision, and their account may be subject to review if fraudulent activity is suspected.
